SR platform supports data export functionality. You can download your SRCard contacts, product details, and service records in a bundled file via account settings. SR platform supports custom domain binding (available in premium plans). You can connect your own domain (e.g., yourbrand.com) through the dashboard. The original platform domain will automatically redirect to the new address without affecting existing data or customer access.

The number of sites depends on your subscription plan: Basic supports 1 site, while Enterprise offers unlimited sites with cross-region architecture, all managed through a unified dashboard.
